CO₂ and O₂ tables built from your best static, your own rounds, box breathing, a max attempt. The voice does the counting; the phone stays awake.
Same hold every round, less and less rest — you learn to stay calm as CO₂ builds up.
No best static yet — do a first, or type a number you know.

During a hold:
Dry only
- Tables are done sitting or lying down — never in water, not even in a bathtub. A blackout alone in water is fatal.
- One table a day is plenty; alternate CO₂ and O₂ days, and keep a max attempt on a day of its own.
- Breathe normally between holds. Big fast breaths (hyperventilation) take away the warning signs.
- The best static for the tables is a relaxed, safe hold — not a competition PB you fought for.
